Baking Powder Biscuits (and Variations)

This is one of my "go to" recipes for meals on the go -- quick, easy, delisious and travels well.

Baking Powder Bicsuits
Mix together:
     2 c. whole wheat flour
     3 tsp baking powder
     ½ tsp salt
Cut in ¼ c. butter.
Add ¾ - 1 cup milk and mix.

Drop by large spoonfuls onto baking sheet/stone.  Bake at 425 degrees for 13-15 minutes.  Makes 12-16 biscuits.

Our favorite is to add 1 tsp garlic powder and ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese.
You can also add 1 tsp garlic powder and/or 1 tsp dried dill.
